Scratchwood Park is a large open space and woodland area on the southern edge of the London Borough of Barnet. The park features oak woodland, meadows, and good walking trails. It's adjacent to the M1 motorway but surprisingly peaceful once you're in the woodland. Free to enter, open all year, and popular with dog walkers and families seeking a woodland walk.
